Day 1.- LA PAZ – SORATA – LACHATHIYA
At 08:00 a.m. we start from La Paz, we will cross the beautiful landscape of the Cordillera Real, passing near Titicaca Lake, and then go by the population of Achacachi Warisata near to the mirador snowy Ancohuma Illampu and see all highland landscape of the beautiful town of Sorata 2.700m where arrive in three hours driving by transportation.
After to arriving to Sorata have a lunch, then we wil meet with the muler man prepare all equipment and continue to the first camping place Lachathiya 3.820m where we stay first night.
Day 2.- LACHATHIYA – AGUAS CALIENTS
After breakfast continue to walk around four hours and a half to the next camping Aguas Calientes camp 4,600 m.
Day 3.- AGUAS CALIENTES – GLACIAR
After preparing the equipment continue to hiking with porters around five hours around rocky areas and immense glacier morainescontinue to hiking by the big glacier of the area and arrive to the camping place at 5,400 m.
Day 4.- SUMMIT – AGUAS CALIENTES
Early at 01:00am starting the climbing for six or seven hours in the ice wall of the way and arrive to the reach area and arrive to the summit from there enjoy the beatifull landscape of Cordillera Real, Altiplano area nad Titicaca Lake then return to the high camp rest an hour, then continue to hiking to the camping area of Aguas Calientes.
Day 5.- AGUAS CALIENTES – SORATA
After breakfast, this day we continue to return with mules to the direction of the town of Sorata and arrive in the afternoon and rest in Hostal.
Day 6.- SORATA – LA PAZ
After breakfast return to La Paz city with transportation and arrive in afternoon and end the tour in the Hotel.
